How an update reaches the site
Every public report is expected to identify its source, a road or location context, a status and a checked time. An update can be amended or removed when a source changes.
Source
We start with an approved official source or a clearly attributable authority statement.
Check
We distinguish planned works from a current closure and retain the time of the source check.
Publish
We publish a practical editorial update only when the claim can be shown with appropriate context.
What we do not do
We do not present unverified social claims as travel facts, create false urgency, or guarantee that a route is open, safe or free-flowing. Road conditions can change after any source check, so travellers should always verify the latest official information before leaving.
